 We are advancing the Kingdom of God one group at a time and praying for more leaders! A Covenant Group Leader shepherds a group of 5-15 people who gather together weekly or bi-weekly to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ, by sharing life together through prayer and worship, caring for and ministering to one another, reaching out to the needy world and developing more leaders and groups!
As a Covenant Group Leader you are well supported! We offer great on-going support, encouragement and equipping through:
- Basic Training for Covenant Group Leaders class
- Coach Support
- Covenant Group Leader Super Huddles
- Covenant Group Leaders Retreat
- Group Helps: study, worship and prayer options
- Outreach Opportunities
We encourage potential leaders to experience life in a Covenant Group and perhaps serve as an apprentice before becoming a leader. To be a Covenant Group leader you must be a Covenant Partner and have attended our Basic Training for Covenant Group Leaders class.
