Covenant Partner Process In the New Testament, Christians committed themselves to a particular local body of Christ. With this sort of active commitment in mind, we've established Covenant Partnership as a covenant for people who have chosen to make Woodland Hills their church home. Below is the step-by-step process for becoming a Covenant Partner, our version of church membership. STEP 1:   Attend "Discover Woodland Hills"   This is a one-and-a-half-hour Sunday class designed to provide an overview of the church's history, vision, and structure.       STEP 2:      Attend "Discover Your Gifts"  (Optional)    This class designed to help believers begin to understand, identify, and make use of their spiritual gifts. Class dates are announced in the bulletin and on the church calendar.       STEP 3:    Attend "Discover Covenant Relationships"    This is a seven-hour class designed to explore the basics of covenant relationship, with an emphasis on the Woodland Hills covenant.        STEP 4:    Submit a Covenant Partner Questionnaire     The questionnaire may be downloaded, printed, filled out and and mailed to Dave Draz at Woodland Hills Church. If you are currently involved in a Woodland Hills Church ministry or Covenant Group, skip Step 5 and go to Step 6.        STEP 5:      Meet With an Overseer or Pastor *   If you are not involved in a Woodland Hills ministry or Covenant Group, Dave will contact you to set up a meeting with an Overseer or pastor.        STEP 6:      Attend a Covenant Ceremony    Recite the covenant vows at a Covenant Partner meeting. At this point, you become a Covenant Partner, and it's time to celebrate your entrance into the Woodland Hills community!       STEP 7:      Attend the Annual Covenant Renewal Meeting    Join all Covenant Partners as we renew our covenant each May.                                  *  If you are not involved with a Woodland Hills ministry or Covenant Group, Step 5 is required.
