Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16
When confusion invades my soul, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and clear my head with Your Wisdom
When my feelings are all out of sorts, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and sanctify my emotions for You
When Satan tries to steal what’s mine, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and get back what You’ve freely given me
When lies fill my head, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne to find Truth
When I am abandoned and rejected on Earth, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and be accepted
When I don’t feel loved, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and receive Your love
When I don’t feel worthy, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and see my beauty
When someone has put me down, I’ll look to You, You are my Rock, I’ll lay at Your Throne and You will lift me up!
Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for your Truth, Word, and Life, because of it I live, and accept Your love, grace, mercy and forgiveness. You have saved me! I’ll live my life devoted to giving You my life since You gave me Yours. And when I fall short, I know You’ll still want me. I know You’ll be waiting for me to turn to You, to get to You, to reach for You, to go to Your Throne. That is where I’ll dwell, that is where I need to be to live. Outside of Your Truth, outside of Your Throne, outside of life without You, I am nothing. Praise be to Your beautiful, glorious, precious, most gentle name, Amen.
