Myth, Cross and Sword Media Coverage Since the release of Myth of a Christian Nation, there have been numerous stories in the media about Greg, Woodland Hills and the relationship between faith and politics. In addition, there have been several audio/video interviews with Greg. We've collected all the stories and interviews we can find. October 11, 2006 – The Evangelical Covenant Church published a short article about Greg on their web site. In addition, they published an interview with Greg in the October 2006 edition their magazine, The Covenant Companion. October 2006 – Christianity Today published an article on Greg called "The Cross or the Sword?" September 28, 2006 – Jay Kelly at WiredParish.com did an audio interview (10.1 mb mp3) with Greg about Myth. September 19, 2006 – Voices of America (VOA) published an article on Greg, Myth and Woodland Hills called "Preacher Takes Stand Against Politics On the Pulpit." (44 kb pdf) September 14, 2006 – The Jewish Herald-Voice ran an article called "Evangelical leader calls for untangling religion and politics" (105 kb pdf)) that takes a look at Greg's book from a Jewish perspective. September 5, 2006 – The website ChristianCentury.org featured an "open letter" to Greg. August 19, 2006 – Author and speaker Dave Burchett wrote an article for Crosswalk.com titled "Will Democrats go to Heaven?" that explored Greg's views. August 7, 2006 – National Public Radio did a segment with Greg during their On Point show. July 30, 2006 – The New York Times did a front-page article (87 kb pdf) about the book, sermon series and Woodland Hills. This story was syndicated around the country to newspapers and web sites, including AOL. March 2006 – Christianity Today's Leadership Journal keeps a blog called Out of Ur, which covered Myth on March 29 and March 31. Christian Book Previews did a pre-release review of Myth of a Christian Nation.
