Melinda is the founder and Executive Director, The Harbor, CRM. The Harbor is a two-year residential program for graduate orphans in Russia. The mission of the Harbor is to prepare orphans for successful integration into society by addressing five core areas of need, as follows: education, vocational training, life skills, counseling and spiritual formation.
